‘The Image” The Four Persons of the Holy Trinity

(Nearly 15 years since I  first looked at Keirsey’s scientific breakdown of human temperament and realized the 4 personalities of man was being perfectly taught within Orthodox Christian teachings of the Holy Trinity.

Sharing this amazing abstract concept which gives scientific credence to the most abstract teachings of our Judeo-Christian faith. The Holy Trinity,  a “concept”  which Genesis 1:26 clearly teaches is a mirror of humanity!  A picture of you and me!  This has been difficult to explain with the use of words, humanity is composed of primarily concrete thinkers. So I was prompted to create a short pamphlet and a 1 page illustration to visually consolidate what otherwise would  be lost in a book.

Genesis 1:26:  Then God said, let Us make man in Our image, according to Our Likeness.

God Created man in his Own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female he created them.

4 persons?

Heresy!  Heretical!     Please read on….

The Title of this post is surely designed to cause attention and yet it points to a paradox of the orthodox Christian teaching of the Holy Trinity which is clearly represented in the Judeo-Christian scriptures.

Teachings that make it Clear that God the Father is spirit.  Evidence that the “image” is something much more than physical appearance.  The Image is surely our person hood, a word that describes who “we really are”.   If the Bible is to be taken seriously, then science should point to these important verses of the ancient scriptures.

Science:

The Image of Man (pertaining to our personality) was  scientifically researched by David Keirsey and Myers Briggs over  a generation ago and Jung can be understood as the pioneer in this field.  Amazingly These independent scientest findings match the image of God as taught in the Judeo-Christian scriptures.  A non believer, David Keirsey simply identified the 16 primary personality types with the following descriptive titles posted below:

This issue also includes articles and graphics on what seems to be a near perfect mirroring of our U.S. Governments original design and intention also mirroring the the “Four persons of the Trinity” (Our 3 branches of Government (Trinity) and our 4th abstract “branch”  which conservative and Freedom loving Americans hold dear:  our Rational Founding Documents which some may say Libertarian’s Worship? These abstracts,  interestingly consist of 4 primary documents that in turn mirror the four rationals !)

The Architect by Blake

* After 15 years of sitting in a box,  over a year of research completed in the 1990’s  into the the many names of the creator as taught in the Bible,   this interesting  image of “the architect” came across my monitor the other night.  Without any knowledge of who painted it, it spurred me to create the illustration and breakdown of the “image” , The 4 persons of the holy trinity.  To consolidate that box of research into one page!  That is what I “Had to do”.  Find a way to present 4 personalities in a Triune creator.  The ideas and concepts flowed effortlessly and the Venn diagram I came up with seemed natural, as if it had always existed.  I was finished in time to actually get some sleep.

Our world is an amazing place,  Scientists are begining to prove supernatural phenomena with concepts such as quantum entanglement, string theory and much more.   Science that each day brings us closer to understanding the ancient Judeo Christian texts are much more about science then people are willing to believe  & Science is all about God and his creation!

A week after I finished the illustration of the venn diagram of the holy trinity / Image –  I sat down to do research on the illustrator of this graphic representation of God (the Architect) from the 1700’s.  I learned that it was drawn my William Blake.   Reading his biography It seemed I was reading a parallel story to my won life.  A spiritual cousin,  a bit unerving seeing that our careers and expertise’s morphed and changed at the exact same ages – including our most difficult times trying to make a simple living and taking care of your family within a field that you helped pioneer. We were both obviously of the same personallity.  simple research proved this to be so,  An ENTP personality.

A few days later,  I was shocked to find out that the image actually came from an illustrated book in which blake was trying to represent the (4) personalities of God!   Further exhaustive research pulled up this eerily similar rare venn diagram by blake, in which much like myself he was visually representing his mythical analogy of God.  While also struggling with the person(ality) of Lucifer which seemed to stem from the same visual I had just independently created….

An amazing coincidence?  Apparently not.  One of those biographies I read was written by a brilliant author by the name of June Singer.  Singer’s book grabbed me from the first page, so as I searched for more titles from her the following book’s  title seems to answer my questions.

(Blake, Jung & the Collective Unconscious – The conflict between reason and imagination)

If there was ever a one sentence description of men such as William Blake, “The conflict between Reason & Imagination” would surely fit quite well.

Once again Solomon’s words pound my mind into necessary submission,  “There is nothing new under the sun”, “what is has been before” rings so true…
